This is an OEM Vermont Castings Catalytic Probe Thermometer that is compatible with several Vermont Castings wood stoves (see applicable models below). This is a genuine replacement part from Vermont Castings that ships new in original packaging.
Details: This catalytic probe helps regulate the catalysts’ performance. The probe should extend 1 to 1¹⁄₂” (25 – 38mm) into the chamber and show no signs of deterioration, (warping, short length). A damaged secondary air probe could affect catalytic performance.
