This is an OEM genuine Napoleon replacement set of (2) sear plates for the older Napoleon 308 Series grills.  This genuine Napoleon replacement part will ship new in original packaging.  This is not an after-market equivalent.

Napoleon Part Number: 77308 (replaces old part numbers N306-0008 & N305-0009)

Part Description: One set of (2) stainless steel sear plates for Napoleon 308 Series Gas Grills. The purpose of these bars is to evenly distribute heat within the grill. They will wear out over time and need to be replaced.  Please note – these Napoleon P308 sear plates fit Prestige 308 models with serial numbers AFTER 3000.
