This is the official OEM Temp Cast Part #10 that is found in select Temp Cast Masonry Fireplaces (see applicable models below). This part will ship new in the original manufacturers packaging – it is not an aftermarket equivalent.

Part Number: #10-TEMPCAST

Dimensions: 3.5 x 18 x 3.75 in.

Part Description: Temp Cast has never given this part a name other than Part #10. However it is known as the Heat Shield Air Deflector- but in the manual it is only listed as Part #10. It is essentially a solid concrete piece that acts as a front lip to the firebox. There is an insulation strip that is also included with this part.

Noteworthy: Often times, customer replace the Fire Grate (19C) at the same time.
